Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Nürnberg City Centre, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary delights I encountered at the Hotel's Restaurant St Jakob. Embracing the local Franconian flavors, I indulged in the Nürnberger Rostbratwürstchen accompanied by tangy sauerkraut, a true symphony of regional tastes. The ambiance was inviting, and the attentive service added to the dining experience. On another evening, I ventured into the Cuban-style NitriBizz bar and brasserie, where I savored fine rums paired with international dishes that tantalized my taste buds. The kids' menu was a pleasant touch, offering free meals for kids under 12 at the on-site restaurant. It's heartening to find a hotel that caters to families with such thoughtful gestures.
